Beautifully Balanced (BB) aims to encourage you to 'connect to yourself,' whilst living in today's hectic world, to help discover true mind-body balance.  By being true to yourself and aiming to live an authentic balanced lifestyle, I truly believe physical and mental well-being can be improved.

    Beautifully Balanced offers five class options within the Derby area. Combined these classes are designed to bring balance to your body and mind.

    1.  BB Combo (Zumba & Yoga)
    2. Yoga Flow
    3. Wind Down Yoga
    4. Medi-Share
    5. Zumba

    Attend with an open mind and focus on how you feel during and after each class - notice the difference.  


1. BB Combo - attend Zumba, followed by Wind Down Yoga or Zumba Flow Burst for a beautiful combination. Enjoy the benefits of both - in one place, at one time! 

2. Yoga Flow is a 90 minute full body and mind practice. This vinyasa style class incorporates breath-work, postures (asanas) and relaxation. Each class is designed to build heat, strength and improve balance, whilst leaving you feeling calm and serene. Different options will be provided to cater for a mix of abilities, including beginners. (Yoga Flow Burst offers a beneficial 45 minute taste of the full class).

3. Wind Down Yoga is a 45 minute gentle body and mind practice. This slow vinyasa style class incorporates breath-work, postures (asanas) and relaxation. Each class is designed to stretch out the body and quieten the mind, helping you to release any tension and wind down for the evening.

4. Meditation journey is a 45 minute class, using a variety of techniques to help focus the mind and enable you to connect with your true self. From journalling, to colouring, breathing techniques, cosy visualisations and inspiring cards - it's a personal time for YOU. Each class is designed to help you gain clarity, focus and a sense of calmness. The perfect way to start your week as you mean to go on! Sit on a mat, cushion or a chair.

​5. Zumba is a fun filled 45 minute, dance based cardio workout, to amazing latin and international tunes. Each playlist is carefully composed to offer variety and the chance to express yourself in different ways. It will get your heart pumping and your feet moving (even if you think you have two left feet)!
